In this class, we are keeping it super simple and the focus is on choosing oils to create simple mood-enhancing blends. No experience is needed, complete beginners are welcome!

The theme running through my life and business has always been well-being and while working with one of the world’s largest perfume manufacturers, I jumped headfirst into the science of scent and how it affects our brain. I then went on to pursue my passion for natural health and beauty by studying aromatherapy and energy medicine.

The focus of this class is simple scents for well-being so it is a great place to start even if you have never done it before.
Materials are not provided but you will get a recommended resources list. You do not need anything specific to do the class unless you want to follow along live. I will be using readily available essential oils and natural absolutes plus oils and waxes. I will send you a resources guide on what and where to buy prior to the class.
